but when I applied for them I used my email first_kurd@yahoo.com they refused it and said:
We do not accept affiliate accounts with free e-mail addresses. Please use a different e-mail address.
what is the problem?

What you can is try signing up with this email service: http://gawab.com/ if you sign up with gawab mail and then apply with maxbounty you should get approved. Let me know how it goes.
