Almost every blog owner wants to be featured on other blogs and gain more readers. I have been featured on a few popular blogs myself, and I will share with you what I did to get featured. It is really simple and very effective. It is also free to do. This technique to get featured on popular blogs is called guest writer, or guest posting.
What you need to do is just write a blog post for someone else blog and submit it to them, which is known as a guest post. The reason why I believe you need to do guest post once in a while because it will help you and your blog get exposure and popularity. All you need to do is write a blog post for another blog and include a link in that post linking back to your blog or product. If you have lets say, 3-10 different guest posts on different blogs it will help you A LOT.
It is a very powerful method that not every blogger, writer takes advantage of.
A few tips:
- Find blog to write guest posts on that relate to your topic.
- Make sure you have no grammar and spelling error.
- Take your time to make your post more interesting to read.
- Proof read your post.
- Don’t forget to add your web blog link or affiliate link.
- Read the website term’s for writing and submitting guest posts.
The more guest posts you have all around the web, the more popularity and backlinks you get.
