So this is the last part for my method part 3 of 3. If you have not read part one or two, here are the links Part one here and read Part two here. Once you have read those two parts you should read this one now. Now let’s move on to the good stuff with making extra money off of your clients businesses. You have offered them web design, you have also offered them hosting, but what else can you offer them to make more money? Well if you don’t any clue here is what you will be offering them, search engine optimization.
When offering this to your client you have to explain to them what the point of seo is and how it can help their website and company grow. Usually almost all the time if you go tell your clients you need to do seo for your website, they will be like “huh”? What the heck is that. This is why you need to explain to them why it is important to have this done on their website. Once you get all that boring stuff done you will need to help them chose keyword and tell them that you charge monthly to keep their website optimized for this keyword. Once you tell them all this information there is very little chance why they should refuse for the offer because having a website and having a website that is ranked high on search engines are two big major things.
Now don’t worry one bit if you have no clue on how to do search engine optimization for keyword on websites. One thing you can do is hire people to do this for you very, very cheap seo services. Now one website that I have found that works extremely great for this is fiverr.com. There are many people who do backlinks, seo, linkwheels and more for only 5 dollars. While your going to be charging a couple of hundreds for your clients you will be only spending a few dollars, chump change lol. Now go look around that site and when purchasing or deciding to, look at the feedback read it carefully and chose the one who looks the best for you needs. Another point of advice is you should read a lot about search engine optimization and how it works.
That way when you are going to be selling your seo services you want to look like you know what your talking about and know your business inside out. If you have no clue what seo is they will see this right through your eyes. Some of the gigs you should look into is, backlink building – http://fiverr.com/adsense/2000-one-way-backlinks-to-get-your-rankings-up and link wheels, anything that is going to help with search engine optimization and rankings. However building backlinks is the number one in my opinion for getting ranked high. If you have more sources or know how to seo websites than your in a better position and will save more money.

Sorry for posting part 2 of my method this late, I was just very busy. Anyways, if you have not read How To Make Money Part 1 read it now other wise this post might not make much sense or you might not understand everything. Once you read part 1 we will begin now. Now when you have already found your clients and agreed to make a website you will need to tell them they need to host with your company and they should not really give you any problem. Most of them will say yes without even questioning you.
Now I know what you might be thinking, you might be thinking how am I going to pull this off because I do not even have a hosting company. This is what you will do, you will get a reseller hosting account. Hostgator I believe has the best reseller account and support so I go with them. Right now the cheapest hosting reseller account Hostgator has I believe is $20/ month. Now I charge my clients $24.99 a month for hosting. So the first client I have already paid for my hosting and plus $5 in the pocket. This is basically it, you get a reseller hosting account, find clients, get the to use your hosting and your going to be making bank.
Now a few things you can do is start designing website for clients for free, however they have to use your hosting. That way you will get more clients interested in your free web design services and won’t even really care about some measly $25 a month. Once you get your first customer, use their money to open your hosting reseller account so you won’t pay any money from you pocket. Honestly, all I’am doing is sharing with you my experience and giving you some ideas. Im really sure that you can come up with something that blow this away and make you more money using this technique. Oh and one more hint of advice, don’t be greedy!

I want share with you a real unique method on how you can take advantage off of your local businesses to make money. There are a lot of steps needed to get this working, however it is not really hard at all. You do not even need to know how to design websites. I will teach you everything you need to know and will also answer any questions you may have. I personally have tried it myself and made about a couple of thousand dollars each month. Also, not only will I show you how to take make money off the businesses, I will also show you how to make them send you a big fat check each month for know work on your side. It may sound to good to be true, but it’s true alright and I’m not here to sell you anything just teach you how to make money via this online – offline method. Let’s get started!
Step 1: You will need to create a huge list of your local business that are in traveling distance from you so you can visit them. You may be asking how you will create a list of all these businesses? It’s not easy, it will require you to work, but hey it’s worth it, so lets get started. Get a paper and pen ready to start writting down the business number, business address and business name. One way you will search for businesses is using yellow pages. Something to keep in mind is to try and search for family owned, private, small businesses. These are businesses that are more likely to need a website and would be willing to pay money. For example, here are businesses to avoid KMart, payless shoesource,mcdonalds,chase,footlocker,modells and so on. The reason is obvious and it’s because they are really big companies and might already have a website.
Another source I look for businesses in my area is through craigslist – “jobs” and “businesses for sale”. Get their contact information and write it down. Another trick I use is visit Google.com and let’s say im looking for pizzerias. So I type in business name with my zip code i.e “pizzeria 92839″. After that you will see many results from google places and other links on the page. I want to list as many ways to find businesses as possible for your benefit. Another great source to find business is to visit review sites like yelp.com and also try menupages.com. From those sites you can find 100′s of food places to find owners business information. Once you get a nice list you can finally move on to the next step, step 2.
Step 2: For step you will have two choices; to call the businesses or to visit the business. I honestly think it is better to visit the business so you can speak to the owner face to face, which will lead you to closing the deal at a higher rate. If you would like you may call them as well and ask to speak to the owner. When speaking to the owner you want to quickly represent yourself and then ask them if they are interested in having their own website. If they say yes, then your in. From there the conversation will go smoothly based on what’s is going to happen.
Let’s say you close the deal with the pizza owner and he wants a website. You can tell him your price right away, which is prefered. The price you offer should be based up to you on how much to charge the business owner. Depends what he wants from the website, what kind of website, features etc.. If you can’t name your price right on the spot, you can tell the business owner that you will call him back with a qoute. Be sure before this, ask the owner what is their budget for a website.
When everything goes well you will need to help the business owner chose a domain name for their website. You can either ask if they have any ideas or find a few for them and ask if they like it or not. Once everything set the business owner will write you a check for your web design services. That’s it! It is that simple. I almost forgot, if you are not a web designer or not a good one at that, there are many ways to make websites. If you sign up with hostgator hosting, they have hundreds of free templates for almost any kind of business you can think of. Hostgator also has a program installed called website builder which is free and you can make websites from scratch.
However if this does not fit what you need, lets say your customer wants something out of the ordinary like online food ordering, Than what i usually do is go to a website like freelancer.com and post a project with details and hire someone to do it. Let’s say someone wants $240 to do the website on freelancer. So you call the business owner and tell him alright my quote is $240 or you can say $400 if you want to make some extra money. This is just an example, remember you’re your own boss! Make your own prices and that is when you will start making money.

There are many website on the internet that you can find and purchase items in bulk and get a discount. The most important thing that you need to consider is what people want. You need to figure out what is hot right now and what people, your customers are willing to pay for. If you can figure that out, then you are on your way to a successful start. It also important that you have a capital start up to help you with the costs of purchasing the items in bulk.
One of the most important things you need to do is test, test and test your products. See which one sells the most and makes you more profit. A website you can use to see what people are looking for is Google Trends. This website shows what people are searching for right now. You never know what you can find using that website, so check it everyday if you can. You can find searches from the latest gadgets, to the newest ipods, releases, movies, songs, kitchen ware, literally everything!
A website i recommend to buy in bulk is http://www.dealextreme.com/ buy you may use any other website that you find. Now when you find something, lets say 1tb hard drives. I would buy around 3-5 of them and then list them on a website like ebay. See how it goes with selling my hard drives, if you make a profit then you already have a winner. However it does not mean that you should stop testing with other products. What you need is to spend as less as possible and make as much as possible. You can only achieve this by testing and selling the products.
Also what you might want to do before buying anything is look for home much your competition is sell the items for. You might want to see if you can sell it cheaper then you competition, because if you do sell it for a cheaper price then you will know that people will come to you to purchase the products to save money. Remember your customers want to save as much as possible and spend as little as possible. So i would not recommend selling really expensive items that cost more then $300 due to tough economy times people aren’t really going to want to waste their money.

When you find a good quality writer you can outsource regularly in order to produce ongoing content and incoming traffic. Ensure that you do your bit by social bookmarking and telling people about your articles and website. Word of mouth still remains the best way to drum up publicity!

Clickthrough rates (CTR) for the ads are about 8% for the first ad, 5% for the second one, and 2.5% for the third one. Search results can return from 0 to 12 ads.[5]
The ordering of the paid-for listings depends on other advertisers’ bids (PPC) and the “quality score” of all ads shown for a given search. The quality score is calculated by historical click-through rates, relevance of an advertiser’s ad text and keywords, an advertiser’s account history, and other relevance factors as determined by Google. The quality score is also used by Google to set the minimum bids for an advertiser’s keywords.[6] The minimum bid takes into consideration the quality of the landing page as well, which includes the relevancy and originality of content, navigability, and transparency into the nature of the business.[7] Though Google has released a list of full guidelines for sites,[8] the precise formula and meaning of relevance and its definition is in part secret to Google and the parameters used can change dynamically.
The auction mechanism that determines the order of the ads is a generalized second-price auction.[9][10] This is claimed to have the property that the participants do not necessarily fare best when they truthfully reveal any private information asked for by the auction mechanism (in this case, the value of the keyword to them, in the form of a “truthful” bid).
In 2003 Google introduced site-targeted advertising. Using the AdWords control panel, advertisers can enter keywords, domain names, topics, and demographic targeting preferences, and Google places the ads on what they see as relevant sites within their content network. If domain names are targeted, Google also provides a list of related sites for placement. Advertisers may bid on a cost per impression (CPI) or cost per click (CPC) basis for site targeting.[13]
With placement targeting, it is possible for an ad to take up the entire ad block rather than have the ad block split into 2 to 4 ads, resulting in higher visibility for the advertiser.
The minimum cost-per-thousand impressions bid for placement targeted campaigns is 25 cents. There is no minimum CPC bid, however.
