It will take a lot of time and patience but it will pay off. Now I would suggest you to get a domain name so you can have full control over it and only you. You can get a domain name for around $10 and you will also need hosting. You can get web hosting here for around $5 a month, which should be enough. Now you need to find something you have interest in and will be willing to write on that topic at least two to three times a week.
Once you find the subject and nor topic you would like to blog about you may begin and not waste a single minute of your time.
Now if you can think outside the box to see what people need, It can be a service or anything that people will be willing to pay for that they can not do themselves, that is why they will come to you to do it and pay you. Really, here, you need to be able to be creative and have a big imagination as possible to make some good, serious money.
